On our first day in Mexico City, we were captivated by the grandeur of Palacio Postal, but a recent revisit has only deepened our appreciation. This architectural jewel is adorned with gilded interiors and ornate design.
Every corner of Palacio Postal speaks of beauty, from its elaborate staircases to the intricately detailed ceilings. The fusion of styles, incorporating Gothic, Art Nouveau, and Venetian elements, makes it a visual feast, transcending its functional role.
During our visit, we actually ended up buying stamps to send postcards to Singapore and Malaysia.
This revisit not only reaffirmed its beauty but also reminded me why it left such a lasting impression from day one.
