Porfirio’s Masaryk in Mexico City elevates traditional Mexican flavors into exquisite high-cuisine dishes.
Porfirio’s interior exudes upscale elegance, complemented by an eclectic mix of pop music.
And look at the presentation of the chips and salsa:
the bone marrow and enmolada with almond mole showcase the restaurant’s flair for transforming classic recipes into modern masterpieces. The Mole Almendrado, with its nutty, sweet profile, and the artistic presentation of dishes like the savory green tuile, illustrate Porfirio’s commitment to culinary creativity.
Then there’s a complementary tuile which was less impressive. I don’t this I know how to appreciate this.
In any case, Porfirio’s Masaryk is a testament to Mexico’s culinary richness, blending tradition with modernity. It’s however on the pricier side.
