That really test sanity, doesn’t it?

Well, just something totally random. I’ve watched Pokemon, played the game and squeezed pikachu. Meet the voice of Pikachu…
It never fails to amaze me how a grown adult goes all cutesy in front of a microphone. I’ve tagged this under talent. Talent or not – you decide.
Well asides being in camp of course.
* Thomas Friedman’s The World Is Flat
* Japanese For Dummies
I took a really long time to read those books. I’m kinda busy these days and I do not read books when I am at home.

(Image of Haruhi Suzumiya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.)
* The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (Anime) – It’s just one of those anime that’s different. It’s fun to watch and has an addictive soundtrack.
* Death Note (Anime) – I didn’t catch the movie but I heard it’s a really good comic book. I am not into manga because I’m just terrible in figuring out what’s in the dialogue boxes.
* Full Metal Panic (Anime) – I didn’t watch this before and my friend highly recommends this. I’m at episode 2 only though.
* My Boss, My Hero (Drama) – I watch that in camp with Mandarin subtitles. I can’t read traditional Chinese characters well and I stopped reading it already. I get the gist of the drama when I hear familiar Japanese words.
* Prisonbreak (Drama) – My brother obtained the VCD set and I will have to watch it one day.
* ?樣?年?女 Hua Yang Shao Nian Shao Nu (Drama) – I saw this lying around my house too. I heard it’s quite a popular Mandarin drama.

(Taiwanese drama Hua Yang Shao Nian Shao Nu or Hanazakari no Kimitachi e)
Taiwanese drama Hua Yang Shao Nian Shao Nu (?樣?年?女) is based on Hisaya Nakajo’s Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (?????ã®??ã¡ã¸ For You in Full Blossoms). I only recognize female group S.H.E’s Ella from the poster. I’ll watch it when I am really free.
* I’ll be involved in some web designing and developing work for two groups. I realize that I lack a lot of experience in communicating with people.
* Also working on a layout for myself but it’s kinda put on hold. I kinda got myself into reseller business without knowing.
* I have many documents that I save in Downloads and My Received Files. I also realize that I have 18 folders named Web and 8 folders named “Work” spread all around my computer. Now I consolidated it to just 2 Webs and 1 Work. So far so good.
* Currently my music folders are in a mess too. I put music everywhere. The files names are not consistent too. I renamed lots of MP3 files with the excellent Mp3tag.
* I finally started to back up my data too. I’ve been really lucky and didn’t get any problems with the hard disk so far. I heard a couple of horror stories and now I’m making sure I have back ups for some important files.
I kinda lack inspiration these days. I have lower attention span also, haven’t been replying the emails which is kinda piling up as I type probably. I don’t IM as much too. Honestly, I have no idea what consumed my time.
I probably spend too much time at digg.com or my feedreader. There are some work I wish I would complete but I just didn’t really have the mood to work on them.
The mood comes after I rest for two or more days and now I don’t really have the chance to just rest at home. I keep going out, be it to camp or just to town. In the past, changing of a wallpaper seemed to be helpful, today I can change the layout of my table and it wouldn’t help too.
It’s a boring month for me. I feel like doing going for a holiday or something. I think I kinda want something to break my routines. Week after week, I just go into camp, work on some stuff, arrange my folders, watch some anime and listen to some music.
Any suggestions on what to do for a change?
There was this time when the whole Pokémon craze is in Singapore. Pokémon or Pocket Monsters (ãƒÂケットモンスター Poketto MonsutÄÂ?, IPA: /ˈpoʊkeɪmɒn, ˈpɒkimɒn/) is from Japan, comes in more than 400 nowadays. All the kids were just crazy over them. They discussed Jigglypuff in the morning, they discuss Pikachu during recess and they strategize how Pikachu can win some water creature.
My brother bought gameboy just to play the game. And he bought the Pokémon cards, watch the television cartoon which I always felt is retarded by the way. My brother know his Pokémon inside out and offer technical support for his friends. They call my brother to ask him where can they find a particular Pokémon. And my brother knew! He may not know where Istanbul is but he definately can tell you where’s Dratini.
“Oh no! I have to use Pikachu’s XXX to counter.”

(I hate Pikachu.)
The cartoon didn’t really attracted me. The game however did. I got almost all the Pokémon! And when Nintendo release a sequel with like 250 Pokémon or something. I just given up playing.
I got this friend who train almost all his Pokémon to level 99. What a complete waste of time.
With more than 400 now, try memorizing them! That take – Deoxys. Togekiss. Regigigas. Arseus. Fuwaraid. Bossgodora. Huntail. Dumbbell. Metagross (gross name!).
Before Ask.com of yesterday is now the Ask.com of today, Ask.com was called Ask Jeeves. Jeeves is a valet, it suppose to suggest that it’d serve you faithfully or something and there aren’t really tips involves to insure prompt service.
While Jeeves is a great valet, he doesn’t usually gives me what I want. Perhaps I speak in too sophisticated English and he’s just French. Anyway, you can always post a nice question through Ask Jeeves and someone can answer you. It’s similar to Yahoo! answers, just more questions and answered there.
Today, with Jeeves gone, we can only look at other sources to ask a question. One that I found that’s unique is AskANinja.com.
It is assumed that Ninjas are brilliant in er… Naruto. But modern day ninjas need to know more than calling up frogs to go against Gaara.
_(Sample of an Ask a Ninja video where Rude Randy asks about how to kill a Ninja. View at YouTube.)_
You can ask the ninja a question and he answers you with a nice YouTube video. It’s brilliant video editing by the way.
Naruto is an anime that’s still running I believe. It’s about Ninjas and the below video adds theme songs to the various characters of Naruto.
Can’t see the video? Check it out here.
They sang this to Gaara (the sand monster guy), “Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream, make him the cutest that I’ve ever seen; give him two lips like roses and clover, then tell him that his lonesome nights are over.” (Song is by The Chordettes in the 1950s.)
I like they did to Jiraiya too, he sings that he’s too sexy for his shirt till it hurts. (That’s Right Said Fred’s “I’m Too Sexy”.)
And Rock Lee and Gai-sensei is just as disgusting as, er, ever.
