For the icons, I used famfamfam’s Silk icons licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.
I use the very beautiful Scriptina font for the header too.
The aim of this theme’s creation is to provide Wesley with a face lift for his blog. He requested for some colors - eye catching ones. He doesn’t specify much more than that. The content is important for him and I given him more space to do his writing at 500 px.
His original layout is at 760 px and it’s harder to read from his 1280 px width screen. Theme Delicato stretches the width to 900 px, providing a more enjoyable viewing experience.
Use of widgets are also encouraged. Theme Delicato supports Blogger widgets with some outstanding issues unfortunately. The Blog Archives widgets didn’t seem to be working as expected. Other than that, Blogger widgets are great. It gives blog owners a much easier time to edit their sidebar.
