I go blogging and commenting around the word with my alias Mr. Dew. My last name is not ‘Dew’ unfortunately. I am not comfortable to reveal my actual name still but I’ll be sticking with this alias as I blog.
My aim
I hope that my blog can be inspiring to people. I also wished for people to understand my country, Singapore, better. I did not start this blog to be a celebrity. I prefer to keep low profile. I try my best not to invade the privacy of other people, you can find out more by reading my disclaimer.
Beconfused about the name
I can’t identify exactly where the name comes from. I just look into the dictionary and one of the words is ‘confused’. I picked a list of words and played around with it. In the end, I settled with ‘beconfused’.
Some history
//beconfused started on June 20, 2003 in BlogSpot with a post titled why//blog where I attempt (but failed) to explain why I want to blog. Sometimes I look back at my past entries, I feel somewhat embarassed.
I then decide to move the whole blog into beconfused.com. I was inexperience but I was quite lucky. I chose WordPress to power the blogging side of //beconfused. I like the administrative interface and I like the developers who made the software.
