I love that chick’s face in the black dress next to Bush (if she’s someone important/famous, I don’t recognize her). She’s staring in disbelief that the President of the United States is actually holding the American flag the wrong way. “W…T…F…? I voted for this guy?”

And yes, that is his daughter, Barbara. You should see her face in the 4 or 5 other photos of her father falling down drunk a few minutes after this photo was taken. Or the photos of Bush copping a squeeze and a butt slap on the womens volleyball team. They looked at him like he was nuts too. ALl I can say is what an embarrassment!
