McCain thinks Putin is the President of Germany
He is just a president-to-be but he already very much like the current president George W. Bush. Putin isn’t even the president now…
Putin is no longer the president but he is the prime minister now and he put the change in motion to give the prime minister more power then the president. So technically he is still in charge and the president is his puppet which would make him the president and make room for a slip like that.
P.s. i hate McCain and hope he doesn’t win.
