I’ve been a little busy these days. With work. With reading. With classes. With math. And with backing up with a USB 1.0 interface. It took extremely long.
To actually worsen thing, my keyboard malfunctions. I called Microsoft and asked for support. They asked me to bring the device down and they’ll check it for me if the keyboard is still under warranty. The technical support officer then added I will have to bring along my receipt.
Huh? My receipt? The one that I misplace, lose, thrown away, eaten up, or whatever 9 months ago? Nobody told me to keep a receipt. I wasn’t aware that I am supposed to retain my receipt. I explained my situation to the support officer and he told me I might be able to get one from the store I bought from.
I call Challenger; they refused.
So I will buy a new keyboard. I am not too keen on buying it from Challenger and I’ll buy a Logitech keyboard perhaps. And this time I’ll retain the receipt. Oh and additionally, no more wireless keyboard for me. It’s horrible.
