It means they'll come and install and install till they get it right. If it means ten years then they'll just keep coming and install for the next ten years, there is no problems with that. But the problem is that each time they come we will have no aircon for 4 days! They came many times already and we are getting sick of seeing each other. And it just doesn't fix the aircon too!
