I do must agree that Singapore MRT system is one of the BEST in the world. As we all know the system map plays an important role in guiding tourists who are unfamiliar with our MRT system. I was in Singapore last Summer and I found it quite understandable and I could Identify all the stations. But I have pointed out that the speed oftheir MRT system might be increased.

do we really need so many MRT lines in the first place?? if there's such a MRT system which is so complicated, then what's the point of buses anymore?? By looking at the map itself is a headache to me... Its so complicated!! Interchanges here and there and everywhere... I can foresee the operation of several stations, at least 10 stations, will end up losing money instead... Take Buangkok station as a very good example...

Arg, you almost got me there with your fake map - which leads me to my criticism about Singapore`s public transportation system: It`s scarce, inconvenient ... and especially slow. Seriously, how can you make subways travel at such low speed? I walk down Orchard Road in the mere double amount of time. You might want to check on Tokyo`s subway net - now that`s something to be proud of, I think.

There are more lines. Check it. Bukit Timah Line, Downtown Extension and Eastern Region Line will join up to form Downtown Line ( They added and removed some stations ). The Sentosa Express has four stations. ( One of them is to openin the future, because it is located in the middle of a construction site ) There is Thomson Line, and the Eastern Region Line is replanned. Does Changi Airport have a terminal 4 yet? There is also a Tuas Extension ( the part behind Joo Koon ). Other stations are added on the North South Line. Umm...
