This week I see no emails, hear no army

Uncategorized

I realized that I spend quite a lot of time in emails. This week I almost didn’t check my mail and for good reasons. I’m kinda tired to see all the mails in my mailbox and now I have backlogs of emails and lots of newsletters with news that matters little.

It’s like a break from my usual routines. I just want to relax a little this week. So please pardon me if I didn’t reply your emails.

I have to rethink about time management. I plan my time quite badly and in the end I spend quite a lot of time on the wrong things. You spend a couple of minutes here and there and it all adds up. Plus I receive calls from camp and stuff, it really interrupts what I’m doing in front of my computer.

I’ve been spreading this courtesy thing in army telling all the guys to refrain calling the other guys who are off duty. It’s working for a while but it just stopped working after I stop going to camp for some time. I call it ‘the way’ and say it’s an ‘unspoken rule’. I’ll return to camp the week after next and I’ll heavily promote my campaign of course.

My sleeping time is all over the day, I am awake at night. It is terrible when the army people call me in the day. I just wake up and sleep again, wake up and sleep again, wake up and sleep again… Maybe I’ll tell them never ever to call me before 12 PM.

Or perhaps it’s time for a little reorganizing to make myself work more effectively. And of course, clear backlogs of email faster.
