The national service people do funny things to pass time. If you never been through a Singapore national day parade you probably wouldn’t know what the hell is this about.

Singapore Pseudo ‘National Day’

Recently, the army suffered some embarassing moments I heard. My friend told me some national service men took videos in camps and post them on public video sharing websites such as YouTube. The videos aren’t exactly making the military very pleased apparently. There were videos of certain high-ranking people shouting vulgarities. Other videos are just small skits like the above and even a ghost sighting.

I speculate that an investigation is going on now.

It’s great to see the people having fun during their free time really. But posting such videos is kinda dumb, don’t you think? The people who posts the videos would probably get into quite a bit of trouble. It’s not a good time in my place too. There are a lot of things that happened and this just adds to them.

All I want to say is go ahead and play, have fun, do more skits, move the trash bins around, play pranks – just don’t get caught. Especially not on YouTube.
