I’m quite sick of looking at my old theme – Lintfree. So I decided to update the look and feel of this blog. It’s more like an interim theme and will be here for around 6 months till I ORD. The new theme is called “Cleancut”.

Lintfree hasn’t been updated since a really long time and it began to show it’s age when portions of the theme refuses to work in the upcoming WordPress release. That was when I realize it’s time to perform a overhaul in the look and feel.
Some changes:
* Web site width changed to 900 px instead of the previous 770 px. More and more people are using 1024 x 768 these days so it shouldn’t be a problem. I am using 1440 x 900 so web site width of 770 px turns out surprising torturing.
* Removed the Ultimate Tag Warrior plugin completely and used WordPress’s categories instead. I want to decrease reliance on third party plugins. All my posts are updated accordingly.
* Optimize it for search engines like Google – site maps and more
* I’m using WordPress Widgets finally. I included this huge ORD counter widget to compute my days to freedom.
* Images are larger now, at around 550 px. This enables me to include better resolution images.
I hope you guys like the new look. Please give comments if you guys have any.

I have really prefered the first manga like pic and design your blog had when I first visited it. Wish you would do something like that for mine hehe (embending the banner I currently have). But due to your busyness (probably) you never got back to me when you had offered that design thingie for free reputation.
