My GF and along with many other people have hyped it up as something great, but when I tried to read it .. zzzzz I absolutely hated it to be honest. I found so much of the narrative really pompous and pretentious and I just couldn't keep reading while conscious. I know no one else agrees with me so don't take it personally dew. I think i just have a weird taste in books or just don't care that much about christianity or something. I’m no stranger to literature but I could never understand the appeal of this book. I absolutely hated it to be honest. I found so much of the narrative really pompous and pretentious and I just couldn’t keep reading while conscious.
