I’ve been really busy these days, so you see lesser updates. I’m involved in some military exercise and every day seemed to be just – busy busy busy.
I never expect army to be that busy. And I actually heard the opposite – it is slack. Well, perhaps it was slack but not anymore.
For some people, it’s obviously more slack. Like Bobby. [Fake name as usual, blah-blah reasonings...] Bobby has the time to join Singapore Idol. I like to hear him sing actually. Not the voice that he projects, but the confidence. It’s hard to explain. He can just sing to the glass window in the bus with everyone in the bus. It simply fancinates me! Why doesn’t he feel shy?
Let me tell you this – I don’t think I have a bad voice. I can sing, I can play recorder whistle too. But I just don’t have the courage to sing it out. And God knows how they remember all the lyrics of those Jay Chou songs. I don’t get what he’s singing at all 90% of the time, the tune sounds great though.
I can be in my bunk with my army friends and they’re all singing off tune but I just can’t sing(off-tune) with them. It takes some courage and apparently I have little.
