Eventually, all has to end. As do my four-month internship at Bioinformatics Institute.
_(The time has come that my internship ends.)_
I feel lighter, my report is completed. My favorite introduction portion gets squeezed into the report too. I got a grade in my internship too. Dr. Kumar gave me a B+, to which I am very grateful for.
I am happy. But I am tired too. I slept little this week as I am rushing for the report. Even when I go to bed, I just wake up in the middle of the night worrying about my report and I just start reading and typing. It took longer than I expected. Now, I need to sleep. I need to sleep…

Through this internship, I gain some experience in computational biology research. For this, it is â?? without doubt â?? Dr. Kumar, my supervisor, to whom I would like to thank for guiding me tremendously in my 4 month course of internship. I now have better appreciation for metabolic networks. And of course â?? to Gowri, whom I have worked with for the past couple of months, thank you for your patience and helping me in this report especially.
Not forgetting Dr. Masa, who invited me to his office and explains to me about linear response theory and its relation to Dr. Kumarâ??s very-wonderful factorization technique. I appreciate the mathematics crash course that William and Adrian gave on separate occasions; they gave me a better understanding in my project work.
And to Mr. Chua and Mrs. Koh, the internship would not be possible without your arrangements.Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to the great people at the human resource department and other people in the office who have helped me in one way or another through this internship.
These people have made my internship a fulfilling one.
